This Privacy Policy explains how KOLRISE (“KOLRISE,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit kolrise.com or submit a request through one of our forms. KOLRISE provides property preparation and remodeling services for homeowners and real estate professionals across Seattle, the Eastside and Puget Sound, Washington.

We do not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment or financial information through the website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Contact you about your request and schedule a property walkthrough
  • Prepare an estimate or proposal for your project
  • Keep a record of our conversation with you, for our own reference

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

How Your Request Is Sent

When you submit a form, its contents are emailed directly to our team. We do not maintain a separate marketing database of form submissions — your request lives in our email inbox, the same way it would if you had emailed us directly.

Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work correctly (for example, caching used to load pages faster). We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, we will update this page.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted with Hostinger, which also delivers the emails our forms send. These providers may process data as part of running the servers and email delivery that make our site and forms work, under their own privacy and security practices.

Data Retention

We keep the emails generated by form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to deliver our services — typically no longer than our normal email retention period, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner.

Our services are directed at adults arranging property preparation or remodeling work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
